GBARC Meeting Minutes October 2015

President Brett, K9BY , called the meeting to order at 7:00pm.   Attendance was 20.   Introductions were made. The question of the evening was about favorite ham bands; most favored were 20 and 2 meters.  Minutes of the September 15th meeting were presented by Secretary, Carl, W9BJ.   Al, KC9QQO, gave the Treasurers report.

President Brett, K9BY, called the meeting to order at 7:02pm.   Attendance was 21.  Introductions were made.  The question of the evening was about antennas for which bands; 14 hams had H.F. antennas, most had VHF and some UHF Sky hooks.   Minutes of the June meeting were presented by Carl, W9BJ, club Secretary.    Al, KC9QQO, gave the Treasurers report.

Vice President Dave, N9GQ, called the meeting to order at 7:03pm.   Attendance was 18.  Introductions were made.  The question of the evening was about summer plans; relax, "make it through", antenna work,and fix the station.   Minutes of the May meeting were presented and corrected.    Al, KC9QQO, gave the Treasurers report.

President Brett, K9BY, called the meeting to order at 7:06 pm.   Attendance was 22.  Introductions were made.  The question of the evening was about attending the Dayton, Ohio Hamvention.    Six hams have been there; some many times.   Minutes of the April meeting were presented and corrected.    Al, KC9QQO, gave the Treasurers report; we are in good shape for Field Day expenses.
 

GBARC Meeting Minutes April 2015

President Brett, K9BY, called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.   This meeting was delayed one week due to the NCAA Basketball Tournament finals on TV.  The UW-Madison Badgers and the Duke University (Durham, NC) Blue Devils played for the national championship. Attendance was 15.   Introductions were made.   The Secretary was absent.   Minutes of the meeting were taken by Chuck, WD9BB.   Al, KC9QQO, had no Treasurers report.
 
Old Business:  New club officers were announced:  Brett, K9BY; Al, KC9QQO; Dave, N9GQ; Chuck, WD9BB; and Carl, W9BJ.    
 

GBARC Meeting Minutes March 2015

President Brett, K9BY, called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.  Introductions were made; we had 15 members and one guest:  Harold Wisch.
 
Secretary Carl, W9BJ read and corrected the minutes from February.  Treasurer, Al, KC9QQO gave his Financial Report; it was accepted.  All Financial Reports for 2014 were available and filed.  Dues for 2015 were collected.   (Support ($20) of the Rock County Repeater Association is recommended.   Contact Greg, K9GJN.)

President Brett, K9BY, called the meeting to order at 7:10 pm.  Introductions were made; we had 17 members and one guest:  Stanley Schultz.
 
Secretary Carl, W9BJ read the minutes from December.  Treasurer, Al, KC9QQO was absent, no financial report was given.  Dues for 2015 were collected and recorded by Brett.   (Support of the Rock County Repeater Association is recommended.   Contact Greg, K9GJN.)

GBARC Meeting Minutes December 2014

President Brett, K9BY, called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.  Introductions were made; we had eleven members and a guest, Mike Shaw.  In the absence of the Secretary, no minutes were read.  Also absent was the Treasurer, so no financial report was given.  A motion was made to receive those reports at the January 5th meeting.
 
New Business:  The Annual Election of Club Officers will be held at the next meeting.   Brett will email members about the upcoming election of officers.
 

GBARC Meeting Minutes November 2014

Vice President Dave Wendt, N9GQ, called the meeting to order at 7:02pm.  Attendance was 21.  Introductions were made.  The question of the evening was Is Central Standard Time disruptive or helpful to Ham radio?,  Most thought that CST was helpful and Coordinated Universal Time is also valuable.    
 
The Minutes of the October meeting were read and corrected by Secretary Carl, W9BJ.  The Treasurers report was given by Treasurer, Al, KC9QQO.  Both reports were accepted.
