Secretary Report:

Dean-K9FLO read the minutes from our February 7,2022 video meeting.      Recommended for Approval by Chuck-wd9bb and seconded by Lyndon-wa9jld.

Treasurer Report: Greg-K9GJN presented the Treasurers report.    We still have a good balance in our account.      Our only outlay of monies was for reserving four tables at the Jefferson Hamfest.     Motion to approve the treasurers report by Kurt-ke9n and seconded by Chuck-wd9bb.

Old Business:     

Brett-k9by informed us Chuck-wd9bb found a call sign coming available: WD9O.     It was recommended pursue the call sign.      Winter field we are waiting for the final score results.     Jim-kd9gdy QSO party will be March 13, 1:00pm to 8PM.     Please fill in on your registration form for club affiliation: Greater Beloit ARC.       Dean-k9flo will sent everyone a reminder for the up coming WI-QSO event, with date, time and instructions.       Brett-k9by  The tables are reserved (four: 10-13) for the Jefferson ham-fest which has been rescheduled to March 27^th.        Dean-k9flo reminded he will bring the club banner and Brett-k9by will bring his banner and duct tape.      Conrad-w9dl will there be electricity?    Jim-kd9gdy there will be WiFi in the building and possibly electricity.    Brett-k9by tickets are not included, but they are available on-line and by mail.      Breakfast this Saturday.    Dean-k9flo informed everyone of the very nice thankyou letter received from Debra Rykowski Beloit Fire Dept, for the Fruit Baskets (3) and the jar of Chucks-wd9bb Honey.      Brett-k9by, Debra will inform him when the facilty will be available.

New Business:  This weekend there will be QSO Ham Expo 2022 March 12 & 13.   Online tickets $10.  Registration:  https://qsotoday.vfairs.com/en/registration-form

ED-kb9nbp had a discussion on how to obtain HAM plates, it was discussed for Wisconsin and Illinois.
